Yue brings strong expertise in mixed-methods evaluation, data analysis, and the integration of diverse data sources to inform strategic decision-making. Her evaluation approach is grounded in program theory and emphasizes using multi-source, integrated data to uncover patterns, advance equity goals, and drive practical improvements. Yue joined Wilder in 2023.
Yue’s work spans a range of topics related to community well-being, including health care quality, housing stability, family prosperity, child welfare, and youth development. She collaborates with nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies to design and implement community-based, equity-centered, and culturally responsive evaluations that support program improvement and systems change.
Her recent projects include evaluating health care models through performance data analysis and interviews on medical resource utilization; tracking treatment and recovery program outcomes through structured surveys; studying interventions to reduce educational neglect by tracking service and feedback data; and examining initiatives that advance racial and economic equity through comprehensive research designs.
Yue holds a doctoral degree in evaluation studies and a master’s in public policy, both from the University of Minnesota. Yue serves on the board of directors of Charities Review Council.
