Mia has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Cloud State University. Prior to joining Wilder, she held research positions at Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute where she contributed to studies on provider wellness, burnout prevention, resiliency, and moral injury; strategies and tools to improve patient-provider experience; and coordination of a statewide mapping study of non-narcotic pain management services and modalities in Minnesota.
In her free time, Mia enjoys fishing, snowboarding, exploring local restaurants, weight lifting, and spending time with her two dogs, Chubs and Kobe.
