Heleosandra Jimenez Ramirez (She/Her) is a proud first-generation Mexican American from South Minneapolis. She is committed to building a stronger, more connected community by working to eliminate barriers that limit access and inclusion. One of her long-term goals is to become a polyglot, allowing her to help bridge language divisions, thus fostering more inclusive communication across diverse communities.
With a background in political science, Heleosandra is eager to apply her academic knowledge to real-world challenges. Through her time with the Community Equity Program, she aims to deepen her understanding of public policy while gaining hands-on experience that enhances her skills as an emerging political scientist. She is passionate about empowering her fellow communities through collaboration and policy reform.
