The Alternative Learning Center (ALC) Plus program serves students who are involved with Hennepin County and are not regularly attending school. It is an alternative education program integrated with enriched programming. The program evaluation measures the program’s success in meeting its goals, including increasing attendance, skills, and graduation and reducing school placements.
