Niyati joined Wilder in 2023.
She is a corporate lawyer and has previously worked at Citibank, N.A. as an assistant counsel for securities markets. Originally from India, Niyati moved to the United States to pursue her master’s degree in public policy. She received a Minnesota International NGO Network Fellowship in 2023 and focused her research on contemporary policy frameworks for green energy in India. Niyati applies mixed methods to her projects, focusing on the intersection of law and research.
She has strong interest in artificial intelligence, governance, and privacy laws, and is constantly working to hone her analytical, research, and strategic skills in these areas.
Outside of work, Niyati loves to cook, especially experimenting with different cuisines.
