Isha is passionate about problem solving using various statistical and computational techniques and is especially interested in working with health care-related data. Isha joined Wilder in 2024.
She has experience in data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance; statistical modeling and hypothesis testing; exploratory data analysis; and applying a variety of analytical models, including regression analysis. She is also skilled in social network analysis, including visualization and computation of key network metrics such as assortativity, path length, and clustering. She has worked with web automation and web scraping tools for data collection and extraction.
Isha has applied these skills across diverse data-driven projects, including using network analysis to understand connections between organizations working to advance health equity, using statistical methods to analyze survey data on topics such as education and community well-being, and supporting program evaluation efforts through quantitative analysis and visualization.
Isha has a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and statistics with a minor in computer science from the University of St. Thomas. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in health informatics (data science track) from the University of Minnesota.
In her free time, she likes to read books, sketch, and cook!
