Southern Minnesota Recovery Connection provides support services to individuals who self-identify as being in recovery from addiction. The evaluation assesses implementation and effectiveness of recovery support efforts funded by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division Recovery Community Organization initiative.
