The Minnesota Children’s Trust Fund (CTF) is a Minnesota Department of Human Services program dedicated to strengthening Minnesota families and communities to prevent child abuse and neglect. Between 2008 and 2011, Wilder Research conducted an ongoing evaluation and assessment of CTF’s strategic initiatives.
