Metro Library Service Agency (MELSA) is a Minnesota regional public library system that promotes cooperation among its eight member library systems in the Twin Cities metro area. In summer 2022, Wilder Research conducted a survey of adults in the MELSA service area to learn about residents’ technology and digital service needs and the use of these services at local public libraries.
