The Baby FACE program is a home visiting program for American Indian families with children prenatal to age three. The Parents as Teachers National Center has implemented the program in 20 rural, tribal communities in six states. Wilder Research conducted a qualitative evaluation of the program to explain the factors that promote or impede high quality implementation and how high quality implementation fosters positive outcomes for families.
