In 2003, the Minnesota Initiative Foundations launched the Minnesota Early Childhood Initiative. Since 2003, the Initiative has grown to include 86 local early childhood coalitions covering over 200 greater Minnesota communities. The reports identify model strategies used to address the well-being of young children and describe and assess findings from a survey on the perceived impacts and improvements in early childhood practice, programs, and policies in communities with Minnesota Early Childhood Initiative coalitions.
