Two state-funded after-school programs in Saint Paul provide children and youth with supervised activities in the arts, computers, athletics, and community service. This evaluation report includes surveys of children and youth who participate, and uses Wilder’s Collaboration Factors Inventory to examine how recreation centers, arts organizations, and other community groups are working together to provide the activities.
