Rochelle is Vice President of Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer at Regions Hospital. She led the design and commissioning of the Hospital’s new Family Birth Center building project, which opened in July 2020, and has been recognized for her work to create a welcoming environment for all patients, families and community. Prior to this role, she spent four years working for Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar, where she worked as a Clinical Educator, a Lead Educator, and the Manager of Clinic Informatics. Additionally, she worked for Abbot Northwestern Hospital as Registered Nurse Certified – Maternal Newborn Nursing from 2006–2013.
Rochelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Bethel University. She earned an MBA/MSN in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She has received the following awards:
