Where to Find Affordable Computers and Internet
Telehealth lets you meet with a provider by secure video instead of in person. It’s a safe, convenient way to access mental health and addiction support—especially if coming to a clinic isn’t possible.
You will need either a computer or a smart device to receive telehealth services. Please call us at 651-280-2310 and our staff will help you navigate any questions related to telehealth appointments.
Wilder’s telehealth services meet the Minnesota Department of Human Services standards for patient privacy and information security. Our technology and records systems are designed to protect your private health information.
Wilder accepts MA (Medical Assistance), MNCare, Medicare, most health insurances and private pay for telehealth services. Many insurance providers cover telehealth as an option for receiving mental health support. Please check with your insurance provider with any questions about your coverage.
It is recommended that you are at a private secure area where you have good wireless service. If you are not able to be at a private setting, we recommend that you use a headset connected to your device.
