Community Vaccine Days at Wilder: Mobile COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

6/7/21
Body

Wilder has partnered with the Minnesota Department of Health to host four mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinics at several of our service locations in June.

At these mobile clinics, trained Blue Cross Blue Shield health care professionals will administer the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to anyone age 18 or older. The vaccine is completely free and those who come to the mobile clinics will not be asked for insurance (identification may be requested for the purposes of verifying age eligibility). Electronic registration is requested but not required. Some walk-up appointments will be available for people who do not register in advance.

People who receive the vaccine at any of these mobile clinics will be eligible to receive a reward through Minnesota’s “Your Shot to Summer” program. Information about the reward program is available here: https://mn.gov/covid19/vaccine-rewards/index.jsp

Register at one of the following sites and let's get vaccinated, Minnesota!
Please see the schedule below for details about where and when the mobile vaccine clinics will visit Wilder locations, as well as links to register for appointments at each site. Click the site address for a link to Google Maps for directions.
