Survey of of 289 parents whose children were in Ramsey Action Programs’ half-day Head Start program in 1998-99. Topics include parent satisfaction with the program and its results, family strengths and stresses, parent involvement and reasons for lack of involvement, and effects of welfare reform on the family.
