Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Wilder's success depends on our ability to work with individuals, organizations, and communities to effectively serve persons of diverse backgrounds and cultures. The diversity of the community, totally integrated into the organization in every aspect and level, is essential to our success. Read our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Wilder’s diverse culture inspired the formation of an all-staff inclusive Council and Employee Resource Groups that provide a forum and source of support, information exchange, mentorship, and career enhancement. These groups strengthen our ability to recruit and retain a talented workforce by helping to create a more inclusive workplace with expanded opportunities for employees to voice their ideas and influence organizational culture.

Internships & Volunteer Opportunities at Wilder Foundation

Interns and volunteers play a crucial role in every aspect of Wilder's mission to improve lives today and for generations to come.

Wilder's Advancement Office, Volunteer Services, and Human Resources work closely with secondary and post-secondary schools to fulfill any student intern needs. Speak to your student advisor or contact the Career Services area of your school about paid or unpaid internships first. Internship or volunteer opportunities are regularly updated and available within various programs, services and initiatives at Wilder.
