The Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) began in 2008 as a collaboration of community organizations. Its mission is to build a culture of achievement in a geographic Zone in North Minneapolis to assure all youth graduate from high school college-ready. This report summarizes findings from two surveys that document starting points for the functioning of the overall collaboration, its action teams, and the organizations in the NAZ Connect pilot.
