Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to keep you mobile and independent. Each session consists of warm-up exercises, a mix of core forms and brief cool-down exercises. *Participants are required to have camera and microphone capabilities on their device.
