Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed for to keep older adults mobile and independent. Lead by David Stewart, each session consists of warm-up exercises, a mix of core forms and brief cool-down exercises. *Please note, participants are required to have camera and microphone capabilities on their device.
