One Family at a Time: Expanding Mental Health Support in Schools

Join us online for an interactive conversation about Wilder's work to support children and families through culturally-relevant school-based mental health services.

Thursday, February 10, 2022 | 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Hosted on Zoom

One in five children were dealing with a mental health issue even before the pandemic, and the stresses on children and youth recently spurred the U.S. surgeon general to issue a mental health advisory. Access to therapy is critical when our children are facing extraordinary mental health challenges.

Wilder supports children's mental wellness by also providing therapy in schools that supports their ability to learn, provides tools for emotional wellness, and benefits the whole family. We offer culturally relevant school-based mental health programs and services in 30 schools, with plans to expand to more sites in the coming years.

About this One Family at a Time conversation: Learn more about our approach and impact from Dr. Benita Amedee, Wilder clinical supervisor, in this interactive, Q & A-style conversation. Registration is free and required. Please register using the form below and we'll send you the Zoom link join us.
