
Wilder offers two supportive housing programs for Ramsey County, Minnesota, families who have experienced homelessness. The programs provide housing at properties owned by private landlords, along with Wilder-supervised services designed to help families find and maintain stable housing and employment, and assist children to achieve educational success.
These programs are part of Wilder Foundation’s larger focus on Affordable Housing with Support Services, which includes 12 affordable housing properties owned or managed by Wilder in the greater Saint Paul area.
Project Quest: This program provides permanent housing to Ramsey County, Minnesota, families who have experienced homelessness and chemical and/or mental health challenges.
ROOF Project: This innovative transitional housing program is a collaboration of organizations committed to assisting homeless families in Ramsey County rebuild their futures.
