Sharon helps administer Minnesota's Homeless Management System (HMIS), a database in use by nearly 200 organizations serving those experiencing homelessness.  Sharon contributes to all aspects of the project, including database set-up, end-user support, and report writing.  Sharon also developed and implemented the "Minnesota Model XML" data import process.

Prior to coming to Wilder, Sharon worked for a publishing company developing custom admission tests for New York City Board of Education.  She has a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Metro State.
