Hennepin County Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event that serves as a "one-stop shop" for services for people experiencing homelessness in Minneapolis/Hennepin County. The purpose of this report was to analyze data entered into Minnesota's Homeless Management Information System that was gathered from guests attending the event.
