Shannon Leadership Institute evaluation

The Shannon Institute is a project that offers a structured, challenging and supportive opportunity for personal and professional renewal for experienced leaders of philanthropic, civic and community service organizations through meetings, retreats and renewal experiences. This evaluation summary describes the extent to which 2007 Institute participants report that their experience helped them gain knowledge and abilities and whether they transferred those gains to their organizations and the community.
