Resources for Child Caring

This report provides an assessment of Resources for Child Caring's (RCC) service delivery during 2007. RCC delivers child care resources and information to parents and child care providers throughout the Twin City metropolitan area. The study found that early school achievement can be tracked as an outcome of child care service delivery.
