Project Homeless Connect is a day-long "one-stop shop" event for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Built on a national model, the event brings together services ranging from haircuts and dental care to legal advocacy and housing programs. The event, jointly convened by the City of St. Paul and Ramsey County, served over 800 households, and over 1,000 individuals - including 167 children. This report summarizes the characteristics of guests served at the event, based on data collected using Minnesota's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
