An assessment of racism in Dakota, Ramsey and Washington counties

This study used a combination of racially and ethnically sensitive research procedures to document experiences and attitudes regarding race in the east metro. The findings helped to shape (and will help to measure impact of) a new Saint Paul Foundation anti-racism campaign called "Facing Race."
