Katie assists with data management, reporting and user support for Minnesota’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). She is involved in assembling homelessness data from around the state for the federal Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) and the state Homeless Service Use in Minnesota Report.
Katie joined Wilder in 2011 after working as a fund-raising database manager and grant writer at Lifetrack Resources and as a data management specialist at the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging. Katie is interested in bridging the gap between data collectors and end users in social services and in improving the effectiveness of social service data collection systems. She has a B.A. in Women’s Studies from the University of Minnesota.
