Heather facilitates knowledge-sharing and acquisition among Wilder Research staff. She manages the research library, conducts literature reviews, and responds to information requests.

Heather joined Wilder Research in 1993. She has a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College and a Masters in Library and Information Science from the Dominican University/Saint Catherine University.
