The Wilder Foundation ended its programming at Wilder Forest in 2003.

From June 1 through August 31, Concordia Language Villages (CLV) will lease all of the meeting and overnight facilities, beaches and much of the Wilder Forest grounds to operate its Spanish camp - El Lago del Bosque. A total of 350 youth are expected to participate in the camp. CLV is an internationally recognized and respected world-language and cultural education program that has been in operation since 1961. Wilder Forest is available for long-term lease. It offers an oasis of trees, lakes, meadows and farmland near Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota, less than an hour away from most Twin Cities locations. The conference center provides a comfortable, supportive place for youth and adults to learn about the environment, build community, develop leadership and team-building skills, or simply take time to reflect in a soothing, natural setting.

Wilder Forest encompasses 900 acres that include hardwood forest, 12 miles of hiking and cross-country ski trails, picturesque lakes, and a wildlife sanctuary accessible by trail.

A central village area includes four lodges that can accommodate up to 102 people, a meeting house for groups of 40 to 60, a kitchen and dining hall, smaller meeting rooms, and a library. All facilities are designed to blend naturally into the environment while offering comfort, accessibility, and energy efficiency.
