Meeting Space Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m., Sat 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Wilder Center offers a variety of meeting spaces including a court yard, dining room, meeting rooms for groups of 5-25, and the Wilder Center auditorium which offers multiple configurations and audio visual capabilities. One of the primary design goals for Wilder Center was to develop a hub for community engagement, where individuals and organizations can come together to work on issues facing the community. Last year, Wilder Center hosted over 500 events and meetings attended by more than 28,000 people.  

Large Group Meeting Space - Auditorium

Wilder Center Auditorium seats up to 285 people theater style, or can be divided into combinations of four smaller rooms that seat 12 to 120 people, depending on the room configuration.

Other Meeting Rooms

In addition to the Auditorium, Wilder Center offers:

Two large meeting rooms (accomodate up to 30) that can be rented, and four smaller meeting rooms (accomodate 6-14) free of charge for nonprofit groups. These can be reserved up to 4 times per month or 14 hours per month.

Food and Beverage Service

Coffee service for groups of 50 or less is available for a fee. Wilder Center is equipped with a licensed commercial kitchen, but not cooking facilities, for use by the caterer of your choice. For larger meetings in the auditorium, please contact the Event Coordinator to discuss food and beverage options.

Please contact the Event Coordinator with any booking questions at 651-280-2402. Please note that Wilder Center cannot accommodate purely social functions, gambling, religious ceremonies or political events.
