Wilder Assisted Living provides support services to older adults and younger disabled people. By delivering an array of health and home care services to clients in their own apartments, the program works to improve their physical, social, and emotional well-being, enabling them to continue living independently.

Quality - Wilder employs experienced health aides to provide most assisted living services, along with a licensed nurse and social worker to meet other needs. We offer assisted living in partnership with the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency, which has a national reputation for high standards in building management, maintenance and tenant screening.

Independence & choice - We’ll help you develop a personalized program, with only the services you need to help you remain as independent as possible.

Privacy & security - You’ll have your own private apartment with a full kitchen and private bath, located in a secure hi-rise building with round-the-clock, on-site staff to assist you whenever a need arises.

Affordability - Wilder and the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency offer affordable rates. Private payments, as well as public assistance programs, are accepted.

  *Hamline is a seniors-only building. Applicants over the age of 62 receive preference in all four buildings.

Helpful services
A licensed nurse and social worker will provide a health care and social services assessment and help you choose the services you need, which may include:

• Personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing and taking medications
  
• Up to three meals daily, plus snacks
  
• Housekeeping and laundry services
  
• Health monitoring by a licensed nurse
  
• Personal or financial counseling by a staff social worker
  
• Daily exercise and recreational activities
