You’ll have your own private apartment, with a full kitchen and private bath, in a secure hi-rise building with round-the-clock, on-site staff to assist you whenever a need arises.

Wilder Assisted Living Programs Offer:

  • Affordable, secure, one-bedroom apartments
  • Convenient central locations
  • Customized personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing and taking medication
  • Up to three meals daily, plus snacks
  • Housekeeping and laundry services
  • Health monitoring by a licensed nurse
  • Personal or financial assistance by a staff social worker

Who We Serve

Wilder Assisted Living Programs are open to adults age 62+ and adults with disabilities who are living in Ramsey County and meet eligibility requirements.

How to Apply

Schedule a tour at one or both of our facilities and we will help you complete paperwork if you decide to apply.  Applicants must meet program and housing eligibility standards. Once eligibility is approved, the average wait time before you can move into a unit is four to six months—so it’s best to plan ahead and complete an application, even if you change your mind.
