April sets up the database tables and data entry screens for research studies. She also "cleans up" and analyzes the resulting data.

She has worked at Wilder Research since 1999, and worked previously in health care research. April has a B.A. in Computer Science and Creative Writing from Oberlin College and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
