Abby Struck conducts interviews and codes survey projects. Before joining Wilder in 1998, Abby worked as a VISTA volunteer, legal assistant, lobbyist for a nonprofit group, human rights enforcement officer, management analyst, and community organizer.

She holds a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in organizational leadership from the College of Saint Catherine.
