School-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
The school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (SW PBIS) program is managed by the Minnesota Department of Education and is  implemented in hundreds of Minnesota schools. PBIS is an evidence-based model that attempts to develop a school-wide positive behavior culture. Schools' Perceptions and Environmental Education Needs
Three Rivers Park District is a park system in the west suburban Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area of Minnesota. A survey was conducted with schools in their service area to better understand their environmental education and outdoor recreation needs.

Pathways to Performance
The Pathways to Performance program at the MacPhail Center for Music works to create a complete music education experience to support every student's highest level of artistic and academic achievement. The program works closely with school community partners to ensure that students receive high quality, intensive and specialized music education and instruction beyond general music education. Starbase
Starbase Minnesota strives to increase the knowledge, skills, and interest of inner-city elementary school youth in science, math, technology, and engineering for greater academic and lifelong success. These studies looks at the potential long-term impacts of participation. It examines high school students’ interest, motivation, knowledge, and skill development in science, math, and technology, and participants’ interest in joining the military.

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Centers of Excellence
Four Centers of Excellence were created in 2005 as part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. The Centers were an initiative of the governor and enacted by the legislature with multiple purposes, including creating distinctive capacity within the system, leveraging resources across multiple institutions, providing career ladders with multiple entry and exit points to encourage the growth of the workforce in key industries, and strengthening the state’s economy. Three years of reports present the challenges, accomplishments, and lessons learned in setting up the Centers.
