Rebecca works on a variety of projects at Wilder including a multi-year Women’s Recovery Services evaluation project and the statewide homeless study. Much of Rebecca’s work consists of program coordination, database management, evaluation implementation, and qualitative and quantitative research. Prior to joining Wilder in 2011 Rebecca worked for the Minnesota Department of Human Services doing internal evaluation and policy tracking, and the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, as well as several other departments providing assistance on Evidence-Base Practice Center reports and conducting research in a variety of areas including state welfare systems, transitional justice, and HIV/AIDS policy development and implementation in Botswana.
Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health and Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include public health, policy development, HIV/AIDS, health disparities, and healthcare systems management.
