Melissa provides data collection services to the Brief Intervention for School Clinicians (BRISC) project, a research study that aims to improve behavioral health services for high school students. She has worked in a variety of education and non-profit settings, leading youth programs and assisting with program evaluation projects. Most recently, she led a high school trip to Ghana. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Colorado College.

In her free time, she enjoys biking (both road and mountain), board games, and practicing for her eventual State Fair blue ribbon in bread baking.
