Web and Applications Development Manager

Bryan provides IT leadership and strategy for Wilder Research, and gives technical expertise and oversight to a wide-range of consulting, measurement, and reporting projects and teams. From planning to delivery, he works to ensure the successful deployment of software development projects for Wilder Research and for our clients. He works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams of research and technical staff to deliver effective data-driven solutions for organizations of all sizes. Bryan is a Certified Scrum Master, and works to promote agile development practices.

In addition to his software engineering skills, Bryan brings a solid research background to his work that includes statistical analysis, report development, instrument design, data collection, coding, data entry, and CATI and web surveys.

Originally from Minnesota's Iron Range, Bryan joined Wilder Research in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Dakota. When he's away from his work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing and coaching sports, and getting back "up north" to spend quality time in the woods, unplugged.

Wilder Research maintains a strong technical and data services team that is capable of developing, maintaining, and managing web sites, applications, and databases for a wide range of evaluation and consulting clients.

Recent projects include creating custom web sites, APIs, GIS tools, portals/dashboards, and Quick Base applications.

Our team also has experience creating reports using tools such as Business Objects and SSRS, and managing service tracking applications such as Cityspan. In addition, we routinely train and support end users of both custom and off-the-shelf applications and databases.
