Azra provides research support in a range of areas, including children’s mental health and public health projects. Her research interests include social determinants of health, the promotion of health equity, and cross-sector collaboration.

Prior to joining Wilder Research, Azra was a project coordinator at the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation at Hennepin County Medical Center, where she implemented federal and local projects encompassing shared-decision making studies, patient burden of treatment research, and health promotion projects. Azra has a master’s degree in public health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts.

Azra enjoys writing, photography, and baking in her downtime.
