Adult Psychotherapy
Adult Psychotherapy services offer Southeast Asian community members the opportunity to address significant personal concerns while identifying strengths to improve functioning, recovery and growth. Outpatient treatment approaches include individual counseling, group counseling, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning and resource referrals. Core to these services is an understanding of the complex dynamics of refugee and immigrant experiences.

How to Access
Adult Psychotherapy services are available to Southeast Asian adults age 18 and older living in Saint Paul and the east metro area. Referrals are accepted from health care providers, Ramsey County, family and members of the community. Self-referrals are also accepted. Adult Psychotherapy services are primarily offered at Wilder Center; some transportation support is available.
