Volunteer at the Community Center for Aging

Volunteers support our Adult Day Health program in a variety of ways. We are always looking for friendly, caring volunteers to help us provide the best possible experience for those benefitting from our Aging Services. Volunteer opportunities are available to individuals and groups on a one-time or recurring basis. Examples of how volunteers help include:
  • Hosting a creative arts activity, or sharing an area of expertise with Adult Day Health participants
  • Tending to the center’s garden—weeding, planting and helping our garden grow
  • Delivering hot meals and warm smiles through our Meals on Wheels program
  • Helping facilitate a caregiver support group
  • Attend community events to spread the word about our services
  • Decorate, organize or spruce up our center for participants and visitors to enjoy
If you would like to help with one of the opportunities above or have your own idea in mind, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Grant Watkins at 651-280-2504 or grant.watkins@wilder.org.
