Assisted Living Programs

Wilder Foundation Assisted Living Programs offer daily supportive services that allow residents to live independently in the community. From two Saint Paul locations, these programs support adults who need daily assistance to live independently. Desired outcomes include promoting self-care and independence, safety, comfort and cleanliness, dignity, stability, and older adults to remain in their home and avoid nursing home placement.

How to Access

Wilder Assisted Living Programs are available to adults who need daily support services to live independently in the community, and are at risk of institutional placement. Programs are offered at two Saint Paul locations:
