In-Home Therapy Services
Wilder In-Home Therapy Services provide intensive mental health treatment and support to children ages 4-17 and their families. Children in this program typically have significant emotional and behavioral difficulties and are experiencing problems at home, in school, and in the community. These children are at high risk for out-of home placement. The primary treatment goal is to help children and their families make positive changes and learn new skills so the child can be successful in their home and community.
- Diagnostic Assessment (DA)
- Development of treatment plan
- Intended for children that have not had success with other mental health services
- Life skills services provided by a practitioner and supervised by the therapist to address anger management, anxiety, and conflict resolution
How to Access
Children referred to this program must be covered by Medical Assistance (MA), Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP) or TEFRA health care. Open to families who live in Ramsey County or within 5 miles of the Ramsey County border. Services are offered in the home and community.
