Early Childhood Mental Health Services

Wilder’s Early Childhood Mental Health Services offer assessment, treatment planning and counseling to children ages 0-5 and their families. Services address social, emotional, and developmental concerns in order to stabilize and improve functioning, to increase the positive adjustment of children in their homes, schools and other community settings, and to improve family relationships.

How to Access

Early Childhood Mental Health Services are available to children ages 0-5 living in Saint Paul and the east metro area. Referrals are accepted from individuals and families as well as other mental health providers. Services are offered at the Wilder Child Guidance Clinic; limited home-based support available.
