Children’s Psychological Testing
Children’s Psychological Testing services address questions about mental health diagnoses and help children and parents better understand cognitive and emotional processes. This testing is useful in treatment planning and determining appropriate services for children with complex mental health issues.
- Personality and cognitive testing
- Psychosocial assessment including autism screening may be conducted after initial Diagnostic Assessment (DA)
- Bilingual/bicultural Hmong psychological testing staff available
How to Access
Psychological Testing is available to children ages 4-17 with complex mental health issues. Referrals are accepted from child/adolescent psychiatrists and mental health therapists. Services do not include academic testing or testing for learning disabilities.
