The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is where knowledge, compassion and action meet. We improve lives in Greater Saint Paul and beyond through direct service, research and community building. Our work impacts lives across social, cultural and economic backgrounds because we believe in the potential of every person to succeed.

Wilder serves thousands of children and families each year through mental health, education, housing, social adjustment, early childhood and aging programs.

We build community capacity through leadership development programs, community initiatives and collaborations that bring people together to solve complex social challenges.

Wilder Research gathers and interprets facts and trends to help families and communities thrive, get at the core of community concerns, and uncover issues that are overlooked or poorly understood.Your support for Wilder makes good things happen for the people and programs Wilder serves. Every gift of any size makes a real difference for children and families, youth, older adults and for our community.
