Minnesota Philanthropy Partners has named Amherst H. Wilder Foundation as one of the most effective nonprofit organizations serving older adults in the Minnesota. The list appears in the latest issue of MNSights Magazine and includes other high-impact aging services organizations such as ACT on Alzheimer's, AARP Minnesota, Store to Door and Jewish Family and Children's Service of Minneapolis. To compile the list, Minnesota Philanthropy Partners teamed with philanthropic research company Philanthropedia to survey local experts about which nonprofits are effectively supporting our aging population.
The Wilder Foundation offers support to older adults and caregivers through adult day health services, assisted living, health and wellness programs, and a variety of caregiving support services. Read the full article from MNSights Magazine, and learn more about Wilder's Aging Services.
