Program:  Wilder Research
Responsibilities:  Research Associate 2 or 3

Research Associate needed to assist with and/or lead studies of education, health, and social service needs, policies, and program outcomes.  Work includes designing and conducting  evaluation studies and community surveys in consultation with nonprofit and government organizations.  Possible study areas include early childhood learning, education, and issues related to racial and ethnic disparities and poverty.
Qualifications:  Research Associate 2 or 3

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred - in social science field.  Five or more years of experience in applied or community based social research; program evaluation experience; strong writing and consultation skills; strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills; ability to work with organizations serving diverse populations; ability to manage multiple projects; ability to work independently.
