Program:  Child Development Center
Responsibilities:  To coordinate the needs of teacher/classroom for effective programming. Coordination includes but is not limited to the following areas: Providing work direction to teaching staff;ensuring and monitoring staffing ratio’s in each classroom, ;providing substitute coverage for teaching staff ;develop staffing schedules that comply with standards. Broader responsibilities will include having knowledge and practice in early childhood curriculum in order monitor implementation of the various curriculums in each classroom.   Program responsibilities include:; follow and monitor program guidelines ;licensing reg’s;NAEYC standards;input for staff performance evaluations ; Track staff training hours and requirements to ensure compliance ;Coordinate educational activities and special events for families ;Coordinate volunteer and internship placements and compliance ;Develop resources for teaching staff regarding community educational opportunities that are developmentally appropriate for each classroom. Be a team player in supporting our accredited, high quality child care and pre-school program

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, preferred.  Bachelor’s in related field or Associates degree in Early Childhood required.  Class B Bus license required.  Current First Aid and CPR certificate
